About Us

After knowing each other professionally for many years through our business mentoring, coaching, and leadership development work, in 2022 we all undertook the ILM Level 7 course in coaching and mentoring supervision. Through our studies and practice sessions together, we explored and applied new models and techniques. We saw how these enhanced our supervisees' knowledge and skills, enabled them to deliver a better mentoring service to their clients, and also refined our own business mentoring practice.

The three of us experience huge benefit in engaging with our own supervisors, and are keen for every professional business mentor to experience supervision for themselves.
